We strive to answer all general e-mail support requests within 2-3 business days (our normal hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm GMT) and all scientific support requests within 3-7 business days (replies to science related questions usually take longer as our scientific support team needs to look into each questions on a individual basis). We receive lots of email, so to make sure we track and reply to every single one of them, we automatically tag every incoming email with a ticket code number.
